Program Office Secretary

Reports To: Program Director/Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Secretary to join our growing health education program! In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the program's daily operations by providing administrative and clerical support to the program director, instructors, and students.

Responsibilities:

Student Support:

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Process student applications, enrollment forms, and other paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate student records and program documentation.
  • Schedule student meetings and appointments with the program director or instructors.
  • Provide information and answer questions from students regarding the CNA program, admissions process, and financial aid options.

Administrative Duties:

  • Order and maintain office supplies and program materials.
  • Process program invoices and payments as needed.
  • Assist with program marketing and outreach efforts (optional).
  • Manage program email accounts and maintain a filing system.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
  • Experience with student management software a plus.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in computer skills with a willingness to learn new software.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact positively with students and staff.
  • Passion for healthcare education (a plus).
Benefits: Daily pay $15-$20 per hour and based on experience. 
Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructor RN or LPN
Department: CNA Program

Reports To: Program Director/Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructor to join our growing CNA program! In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of CNAs by providing high-quality training and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

Instruction and Training:

  • Develop and deliver engaging curriculum aligned with state and national CNA certification standards.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, simulations, skills labs, and clinical rotations.
  • Effectively demonstrate and instruct students on CNA skills, including patient care, infection control, vital signs, and basic life support (BLS).
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them master CNA competencies.
  • Facilitate a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Administer written and skills-based assessments to evaluate student learning and progress.
  • Maintain accurate student records and report grades in accordance with program policies.
  • Identify student learning challenges and provide appropriate academic support.

Professional Development:

  • Stay current on best practices in CNA education and patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the CNA program curriculum.

Qualifications:

  • Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse or license practical nurse in the state of Missouri.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Prior teaching experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment for diverse adult learners.
  • Patience, compassion, and commitment to student success.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attend train the trainer program or open to attending one.
Benefits: Pay $25-$30 per hour based on experience and License. 

Nursing Assistant (CNA) Clinical Instructor RN or LPN

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursing Assistant (CNA) Clinical Instructor to join our growing CNA program! In this role, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between classroom theory and real-world practice by supervising and mentoring students during their clinical rotations in healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Supervision and Mentorship:

  • Oversee and guide CNA students during their clinical rotations at partner healthcare facilities.
  • Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for students in the clinical setting.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to students on their application of CNA skills and knowledge with patients.
  • Help students develop critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and professional conduct.
  • Foster positive relationships with clinical staff and serve as a liaison between the program and healthcare facilities.

Evaluation and Assessment:

  • Collaborate with CNA program instructors to develop and implement clinical evaluation tools for student performance.
  • Assess student competency in performing CNA skills and adhering to infection control protocols in a clinical setting.
  • Document student progress and provide constructive feedback that contributes to their overall learning and development.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with CNA program instructors to ensure alignment between classroom instruction and clinical practice.
  • Maintain open communication with clinical staff at partner facilities regarding student performance and learning objectives.
  • Report any concerns regarding student safety, performance, or professionalism to the program director.

Professional Development:

  • Stay current on best practices in CNA clinical education and patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and teaching skills in a clinical setting.
